As a group we have concluded the car crash sound will be our climactic moment.
Because of this decision, we have thought of multiple conventions we can use to intensify and emphasise the severity of the crash. Sound is essential in our piece to leave the audience with fear and suspense for the unravelling of the story ahead.
After watching car crash scenes on Youtube we saw how common sounds are a hissing of smoke,dripping of oil and water, crunching of bonnet and screams or cries.
We want to introduce these sounds in time to climatic or relevant moments in our house music backing track, we will do this on iMovie. In editing we wish to adjust our pitch,tempo and tone to make the scene all the more piercing and frightening . We are contacting the producers of all clips used in order to not infringe copyright laws.
